I have been coming here for many years. You can not beat the view and location. The hotel is located right on Long Beach. The prices are very fair for the view plus the rooms. I would avoid the kitchen rooms because they are cramped and the beds are super uncomfortable. They have wheels meaning any time you move the entire bed does too. But the other rooms are good and well decorated. I have found some small stains but the staff will gladly give you a new sheets or towels. Although they aren’t fancy, each room has a balcony so you can view the ocean. I do recommend coming here if you want to have easy access to the beach and enjoy the view. They serve breakfast in the morning, coffee and donuts. They got rid of the danishes.

The hotel was so charming, the location was amazing, and all of the staff we encountered were friendly. ItÂ¿s a bit dated in the rooms and the beds are definitely older but it didnÂ¿t detract from the experience. I would be happy to book again!

Heaven on earth to me! Nothing fancy. It's an older establishment.Microwave, and a fridge and rooms with kitchenettes. No frill rooms. The view? Fabulous!! Ocean view from every room! Beach front every room! Summer is fantastic! My groom and I prefer winter visits. Three years straight. Christmas 🎄 at Cape Ann Motor Inn! Stores, movies, and restaurants near by. Even in winter, the ocean never disappoints! The staff is awesome! Donuts and coffee in the morning. Salty air! Pure relaxation!

Very nicely located motel with a great view of the Atlantic Ocean. Very clean and nicely furnished. The service was indeed bombastic and everything worked as agreed. We will certainly stay here again when we are in the area. A fantastic sunrise comes free with your booking.

Oh, there aren't enough stars for the location! The staff were so friendly, the room was clean and the view was amazing! As always, It broke my heart to have to leave your beautiful town. Thank you for having us....❤️

Not worth the price! Rooms were terrible and the entire place was dirty! Shower would go from hot to cold, back to hot! Beds were awful, so uncomfortable! No ice machine. No mini fridge or microwave in the rooms. They would leave every night at 9:15 so you cannot get ice or use the microwave. Was a nice location!
